Terms & Conditions

We are happy to clean around furniture, however our technicians will not be able to move furniture themselves.  If the homeowner wishes to have the furniture moved prior to arrival, we will be sure the area around the furniture is cleaned.

All homes with Animals should be locked away where they can not come in contact with our technicians.

We reserve the right to deny a client a service if the home has an environment the technician feels is hostile. We expect the home owner will provide a welcoming and peaceful environment for our technicians to work. 

We do not relocate large furniture items in order to clean the areas behind them.

All estimates are based on the Usual and Customary condition that a home is kept.  If the technician feels the home is outside these parameters they may deny the service completely or change the fee of the service upon the clients approval.
